Asset Management

Life does not stand still and neither do your assets.

At Hordern Ryan we work with our clients in using our experience to find and execute creative ways to improve the performance of their assets. 

This is often done in conjunction with an agreed business plan which forms the basis of the strategy for each asset.

In many instances our role involves us acting on our client’s behalf in project managing a team of consultants on various complex projects, providing a single point of contact for our clients to liaise with throughout the process.

Lease Advisory

Our lease advisory service covers all professional lease work, rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears.

This service is undertaken for a broad range of clients, both on the investment and occupational side, where our depth of experience and local knowledge is applied to achieve the best result possible.

Leasing

Whether acquiring premises for our occupational clients or leasing on behalf of investors, we are here to help.

Our extensive knowledge of the market and experience in negotiating these deals places us in the ideal position to get the best deal on offer.

On acquisitions, this will typically involve securing on and off market sites and making sure that the deal agreed properly reflects the market conditions for any particular location.  

On leasing & disposals, this can range from a lease assignment to a new letting for a Landlord. Developing and successfully executing a Marketing Strategy is a key component of this service .
