Southwold High Street Investment Sale

Acting on behalf of The Great Eastern Craft Co Operative, Hordern Ryan have concluded the sale of the freehold interest to Southwold Town Council. The remit was to dispose of the freehold and if possible, agree within any sale the continued operation of Craftco business, both of which were achieved. This represents the third investment transaction Hordern Ryan have been involved in within the town and is further proof of the continued popularity of this affluent seaside town.
