Simon Hordern
Simon has over 30 years experience working within the property profession. With a broad spectrum of experience, Simon’s focus is within the Investment, Agency and Lease Advisory fields. Simon acts for clients who see his attention to detail and tenacity to get a deal done as key to achieving their objectives.
During his career, he has acted for a diverse selection of clients including major UK institutions and pension funds, property investment and development companies, high ‘net worth’ investors and numerous occupational clients.
Dermot Morrogh-Ryan
Dermot has been specialising in the Retail and Leisure sector since 1993.
Highly experienced with a proven pedigree in advising Landlords and Tenants on a diverse range of retail property work including High Street , Shopping Centre and Asset Management situations.
During his career he has advised a wide base of clients on both Occupational and Acquisition work as well as Lettings and Lease Disposals.
