We undertake a Retail Agency and Asset Management role for this property company. This involves marketing any empty space and liaising with potential tenants as well as overall advice on tenant mix and Asset Management strategy.

We are currently dealing with the following assets:

London - Camberwell - Butterfly Walk Shopping Centre (SE5)
This shopping centre provides over 60,000 sq ft of retail accommodation and is anchored by Morrisons. We advise on letting, development consultancy and asset management strategy in the scheme.

Leatherhead - Church Street
We advised our client on asset management initiatives within this mixed use block (retail/office/residential), including the surrender of a lease from Lloyds bank and subsequent amalgamation of 3 units to create suitable space for a new occupier. We negotiated terms and let the unit to Prezzo Restaurants Plc on the basis of a new lease of the newly created unit.

London - Old Brompton Road (SW5)
We advise as letting agents on this parade of shops with residential accommodation on the upper levels. The parade is well located near to Old Brompton Road’s junction with Earls Court Road and has a good line up of retailers including Starbucks and upmarket florist Only Roses.

London - Theobalds Road (WC1)
We are instructed to find a suitable occupier for this Landmark building which used to be a pub. This has involved a full marketing campaign to the A3/A4 market.
