We advised and represented Strada Restaurants on the acquisition of their outlet in Wilmslow. With a long outstanding requirement for the town, Strada had been unable to secure suitable premises.

We were able to introduce an off market opportunity with an existing A3 planning consent, and subsequently acquire the leasehold interest of a unit situated on Water Lane. The deal involved the payment of a positive premium for the benefit of the leasehold interest.
